Update: They offered to refund half of my original part cost, which is something they didn't have to do so I really appreciate that and updated to 5 stars. Their customer support is great.
Firstly, I want to say that my review rating is just purely based on the quality of parts I got.
Everything else about this company was good with the customer support. I bought an alternator from them for my Maserati and after only two months or so it took a crap. I called them and they were able to ship out a new part under warranty from the manufacturer, which was great, but I’m still out a good amount of money from labor of getting it fixed again. Called in parts Order today and spoke to Brian. Brian was awesome and helped me by over nighting me parts I desperately need to get my daily Maserati on the road. This company so far has been a great experience. I will be using them as my parts source from here on out. We all know how hard it is to source these parts in the states.

The part was no longer made or in stock at Ferrari in Italy. Not in stock or obtainable at the dealer in England. You had the part in stock and it was delivered to me two days after ordering. Outstanding!

I guess it's not a terrible place to get parts, they did have something I needed so that's why I ordered, but their shipping is ridiculously overpriced. I use the same 3rd party shipping program they do for UPS Ground, I put my information in with the same dimensions of the package they sent me, it would cost me $7 to ship it to them with insurance and AW Italian charged me $31, which is funny considering $31 is the same price I was quoted from Scuderia for the same parts and their located in the UK. Making money off of shipping is unethical in my opinion.( Which explains the 10% code they send to your email) They make it back with their shipping charges. I also needed spark plugs a week later, they wanted to charge $28 to ship it three states over from New Jersey, which I know for a fact is about $20 more than what they were paying for the label even with the added insurance if they even put insurance on their packages.
Ordered a few times and everything shipped and arrived as expected. Their text messaging service is really handy for quick checking stock of an item and getting a quick response. Nice to have a reliable place to order from for my Italian cars.
